11.30 am
Thurday Morning- A good
nights sleep although I
did not really feel the
sleeping pills kick in.
This morning I feel
completely lethargic,
absolutely floored. Any
effort to do anything is
like facing a mountain to
climb. In terms of the
spots, not at all bad,
clearing up nicely. I had
a bath this morning and
my wife helped me to
shave. A delicate
operation but in itself a
great moral booster.
Feels as if normality is
returning. As far as I
can tell, absolutely no
new spots at all. |

| My aim for today
is to try and get through the day
and tonight without any
medication other that a couple of
paracetamol. Temperature normal,
appetite normal. |
| |
| The aim of the day
is not to receive or make phone
calls to or from work - rest is
what the Doctor ordered. |
| |
| Thankfully, I am
back in my own clothes, The roman
Toga has gone. Another great
moral booster. Cotton T-shirt
still great. |
| |
| I have now decided
to report back in a few days time
unless there are going to be any
significant developments.
Otherwise it is going to get a
bit samey. Spots and more Spots.
The aim is now see how long they
take to clear up, and how long it
will take me to regain energy and
get back on my feet. |
